Service Description

The VEP tests the function of the visual pathway from the retina to the occipital cortex. It measures the conduction of the visual pathways from the optic nerve, optic chiasm, and optic radiations to the occipital cortex. Some of the symptoms for which VEP is done may include: Loss of vision (this can be painful or non-painful); Double vision Blurred vision Flashing light Alterations in color vision
